Glitter Grove (Toppers)

Our resident Pixie Rhea has the gift of glitter, and she whips up some fun and unique glitter toppers! Sometimes Pixie Alyssa joins in.

”Toppers” are generally sheer polishes that do well on top of creme polishes and on top of or in between layers of jelly polishes. This can really make your polish collection versatile when paired with a topper to give a variety of looks and combinations!
