Leveler (glitter smoother)

A glitter-smoothing clear coat to help reduce texture of flaky and/or glitter polishes. This is not a top coat on its own.

Recommended application:

• Apply 1-2 coats over dried textured polishes for desired smoothness.
• Allow to dry between coats and before applying top coat.
