Time to Bloom (GITD) (14 ml)

Inspired by the sweet pink hydrangeas and rhododendrons we get in the Pacific Northwest—a bubblegum pink jelly packed with green reflective glitters, large particle shimmer shifting from pink and purple to orange, gold holographic micro glitter, and glows whuge in the dark. This will show visible nail line in 2 coats. May be opaque in 3 coats depending on nail length and application. Recommend using a matching base color underneath like nude or light pink.

Recommendations for application:

• Use a base coat to prevent staining and prolong wear time. Or use a peely base coat for easy removal. 
• Apply in 2-3 coats (allow to dry between coats)
• After the polish is dry, use our glitter-smoothing clear coat “Leveler” for a smoother finish. Allow to dry. 
• Use a plumping glossy top coat to make the shimmer and reflective glitters have maximum shine
