Rise and Shine (Solar) (7 ml)

Inspired by the beautiful sun and sunrise of course, the start of a new day—a sheer Tuscan sun jelly while indoors (no UV/sun) with shifty yellow-green chrome flakes that transitions to a burnt red color in direct sunlight. This will show visible nail line. Recommend using a base color underneath like a nude or white. Avoid top coats that contain Benzophenone-1 or Etocrylene (UV blockers).

Recommendations for application:

• Use a base coat to prevent staining and prolong wear time. 
• Apply in 2-3 coats (allow to dry between coats)
• Use a glossy/matte top coat
