Solar polish compatibility & layering

Jelly Pixie contains Etocrylene, a UV absorber. Benzophenone-1 is not listed in the supplied ingredient list.

Compatibility with solar (photochromic) polish has not been verified. Because this formula contains a UV absorber, we do not recommend choosing Jelly Pixie when preserving a solar polish’s color-changing effect is your priority. The ingredient list alone does not confirm how much, if at all, it affects a particular solar polish.

For a regular manicure, layer 1 coat of Jelly Pixie over your polish and allow to dry. For solar polish, follow the solar polish maker’s layering guidance and use a top coat they have confirmed preserves its color-changing effect.
